Fully Integrated Therapies offers to you one on one pilates, delivered to you by our physiotherapists. Before commencing pilates, we recommend that you have a Pilates Assessment to ensure you get the most out of your efforts, and as a bonus, you receive your first pilates session for free.
So how will Clinical Pilates help me?
Pilates is a strength-based exercise program predominantly focussing on core stability, total body conditioning, correction of muscle imbalances, and improving posture. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as there are endless exercises that can be modified for the beginner to the advanced, as well as tailored for specific circumstances such as injury, pregnancy or for athletic performance. It is a fantastic method of exercise to strengthen, tone and rehabilitate.
