What do I need to bring to my appointment?

If you have a referral from your GP for a Medicare Plan, Department of Veterans Affairs, Work Cover claim or Insurance claim please bring that with you.

For physiotherapy or podiatry - if you have scans or reports for your condition, bring that also.

Do I need a referral?

If you have a referral from your GP or other health professional, please bring that with you. However, it is not necessary to have a referral to see any of our practitioners.

Do you bulk-bill for Department of Veterans Affairs clients? And Reimburse for Medicare?

All Departments of Veterans Affairs (DVA) referrals from your GP will be bulk-billed for our physiotherapy, podiatry and dietetics services. Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) sessions require a referral from your GP addressed to our clinic. A gap fee will be charged for all EPC appointments and a reimbursement sent back to you from Medicare.

Do you accept Work Cover and Insurance claims?

Yes. We accept Work Cover and Insurance claims if you have the appropriate referral from your GP. We do require a $50 (fully refundable) deposit at the initial consultation. The deposit will be refunded when your treatment has been paid for by Work Cover or the Insurance company and there are no outstanding fees (ie. late cancellation of appointments or non-attendance).

Will my private health cover my consultation?

You can claim your consultation on the spot with our HI-CAPS facilities. However, this may not cover the total cost of your appointment, and you will have to pay the gap. Check with your health fund to see how much this will be.

HI-CAPS is avaible for all physiotherapists, podiatrist, dietitian, and massage therapists.

How can I pay for my consultation?

Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Cards are all accepted. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club. (Podiatry and Massage - do not accept American Express or Diners Club).

Is there parking?

Yes. You are welcome to park in the shared car park for Fully Integrated Therapies, Red Rooster and JC Orchard Cafe. If there are no car parks, free parking is available on Dartmouth Street.
