What you can expect?
You will undergo a complete assessment, and individualised implementation of corrective treatment and preventative measures. Your treatment may include soft tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, acupuncture/dry needling, heat and/or ice therapy, electrotherapy (ultrasound, interferential, laser, TENS), taping, education, hydrotherapy, and home programs involving stretching and strengthening exercises.
