Looking for fun, fitness and flexibility?
Yoga sounds like the thing for you! At Fully Integrated Therapies we have yoga classes available three days a week.
Yoga is a great way for you to improve your flexibility and strength. Our yoga instructors use a combination of poses to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
We currently offer the following yoga class:
Gentle Yoga (Mondays @ 6:00pm)
This style of yoga is more relaxed, and involves
more stretching. This class is great if you have
not tried yoga before.
Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited
to 6 per class
